- Aluminium Extrusion Cut ListA profile order is a list of cuts, not a single “rig length”. The reference is a 180 cm driver: 1200 mm side rails, 480 mm crossmembers, 680 mm uprights, 180 mm wheel-deck supports, a 480 mm wheel deck and 400 mm pedal rails.
- Direct Drive Torque and Rig StrainNewton-metres at the shaft become a force at the rim and a moment the wheel deck has to react. The profile suggestion follows the torque bands rig builders actually shop with.
- Sim Seating PositionGT, formula and rally cockpits do not share a seat angle. The angle is a preset. Height scales how far the pedals sit from the hip, how far the wheel sits from the shoulder, and how long the leg is to the pedal face.
